摘 要:高比例使用经济料是降低铁水成本的重要措施,开展高比例经济料烧结试验,并进行矿物组成和显微硬度分析。试验结果表明:随着经济料配比的提高,烧结成品率下降,转鼓指数下降,固体燃耗升高,而烧结速度、利用系数先升后降。烧结原料ω(Al_(2)O_(3))、ω(SiO_(2))升高且偏析程度提高,烧结矿矿物组成差异度提高,均一性降低。显微硬度较低的玻璃相含量升高,部分由晶粒细小的二次赤铁矿和玻璃相构成的反应区域强度较低,在机械力冲击下赤铁矿和玻璃相容易破碎、分离。High proportion of economic iron ores is an important measure to reduce the cost of molten iron.Highproportion economic iron ores sintering tests were conducted,and mineral composition and microhardness analyses were conducted.The test results show that as the proportion of economic iron ores increases,the sintering yield and tumble index decrease,the solid fuel consumption increases,and the sintering speed and utilization coefficient first increase and then decrease.Theω(Al2O3)andω(SiO_(2))in the sintering raw materials increases and the degree of segregation improves,the degree of difference in the mineral composition of the sintered ore increases,and the uniformity decreases.The content of glass phase with low-microhardness increases,and some reaction areas composed of fine-grained secondary hematite and glass phase have low strength.Under the impact of mechanical force,hematite and glass phase are easily broken and separated.
