摘　　要：随着对汽车轻量化和安全性的要求不断提高,安钢基于自身产线特点,开发了一种C-Si-Mn-Cr成分体系590 MPa冷轧双相钢,通过合理的热轧/冷轧工艺参数设计配合精准的炉内气氛控制,成功研制出冷轧双相钢HC340/590DP。经过用户的实际应用验证,该产品的性能指标均达到了相关标准,并且满足了用户的使用需求。With the requirements of lightweight and safety of automobiles,based on its own production line characteristics,a C-Si-Mn-Cr composition system of 590 MPa cold-rolled dual-phase steel was developed by Anyang Steel.Cold-rolled dual-phase steel HC340/590DP was successfully developed with reasonable hot/cold rolling process and strict furnace atmosphere control.Through the user's practical application,the performance indicators of the product have reached the relevant standards,and can meet the user's needs.
