摘  要:基于结晶器在线调宽功能的重要性,对结晶器调宽机构和原理进行分析,确定调宽机构卡阻产生的主要部位为万向联轴器、蜗轮蜗杆减速机和结晶器铜板(摩擦)。通过对调宽机构进行针对性改进,并制定相关管控措施,利用数据采集系统对调宽机构劣化趋势进行把控,有效地保障了结晶器调宽功能的稳定运行。Based on the importance of the online width adjustment function of the crystallizer,the mechanism and principle of the crystallizer width adjustment are analyzed,and it is determined that the main parts causing blockage in the width adjustment mechanism are the universal joint,worm gear reducer and crystallizer copper plate friction.By making targeted improvements to the width adjustment mechanism and formulating relevant control measures,controlling the degradation trend of the width adjustment mechanism with a data acquisition system,the stable operation of the crystallizer width adjustment function is effectively ensured.
