摘 要:板坯连铸机扇形段设备的精度直接影响铸坯质量的稳定性,辊缝接弧精度是影响扇形段设备精度的主要因素。实际生产证明:如果辊缝接弧精度高,铸坯内、外部质量问题减少,板坯的中心偏析和中心裂纹等问题也基本得到解决。通过分析影响扇形段辊缝接弧精度的相关因素,得出了影响辊缝接弧精度的主要因素:扇形段主体框架及框架的基准精度、扇形段内外弧连接夹紧机构部件的精度、对中台及对中尺的精度、扇形段调辊缝的方法、连铸辊轴承选配标准及安装细节、辊面积渣结垢等。通过系统地制定相应的解决措施,明确扇形段修复关键控制要素,使扇形段辊缝接弧精度得到了保障,提高了整体设备的精度。The accuracy of the sector section equipment of the slab continuous casting machine directly affects the stability of the slab quality,and the accuracy of the roll seam arc is the main factor affecting the accuracy of the sector section equipment.Actual production has proven that if the accuracy of the roll seam arc is high,the quality problems inside and outside the casting billet are reduced,and the problems of center segregation and center cracks in the slab are also significantly improved.By analyzing the relevant factors that affect the accuracy of the roll seam arc,the main factors that affect the accuracy of the roll seam arc are identified including the benchmark accuracy of the main frame and frame of the sector section,the accuracy of the clamping mechanism components connecting the inner and outer arcs of the sector section,the accuracy of the alignment platform and alignment ruler,the method of adjusting the roll seam in the sector section,the selection standards and installation details of continuous casting rolls bearings,and slag and scaling on the roll area.By systematically formulating corresponding solutions and clarifying the key control elements for repairing the sector section,the accuracy of the roll seam arc has been guaranteed,and the overall accuracy of the equipment has been improved.
