摘 要:针对380 MPa级车轮用钢在冲裁落料过程中出现的分层开裂问题进行研究,对钢带性能、内部组织夹杂物进行检测,同时对热轧过程关键工艺进行排查,得出钢带冲裁分层开裂的主要原因为材料厚度方向组织不均匀。根据显微组织产生机理,对热轧工艺和冷却工艺进行优化,提高了产品组织的均匀性,降低了材料板厚方向显微组织的差异,有效地减少了钢带冲裁分层缺陷的发生。A study was conducted on the delamination and cracking problem of 380 MPa grade steel for wheels during the blanking by punching process.The performance and internal structure of the steel strip were tested,and the key processes of the hot rolling process were investigated.It was found that the main cause of the delamination and cracking was uneven organization in the thickness direction of the material.Based on the mechanism of microstructure generation,the hot rolling process and cooling process were optimized to improve the uniformity of the product structure,reduce the difference in microstructure in the thickness direction of the material plate,and effectively reduce the occurrence of delamination defects in the punching direction of the steel strip.
