摘 要:随着我国钢铁企业的快速发展,国家对钢铁行业大气污染问题日趋重视,转炉半干法一次除尘和声波团聚的超低排放技术得到应用和发展。该技术通过汽化冷却烟道和蒸发冷却塔来实现烟气降温和粗除尘,再经过喷淋洗涤塔、重力除尘器、长颈环缝文氏管等进一步除尘,最后通过声波团聚精除尘塔实现精除尘、脱水和除雾,显著降低了转炉一次烟气中的颗粒物含量,使转炉一次烟气中的颗粒物含量降低到10 mg/Nm^(3)以下,完全符合国家对炼钢工序的污染控制标准。这项技术的应用不仅减少了环境污染,还实现了对转炉灰(泥)和转炉煤气的二次利用,节约了资源,降低了能耗。With the rapid development of China's steel enterprises,the country has increasingly attached importance to the issue of air pollution in the steel industry,the ultra-low emission technology of semi-dry primary dust removal and acoustic agglomeration has been applied and developed.This technology achieves flue gas cooling and coarse dust removal through vaporization cooling flue and evaporative cooling tower,and further dust removal through spray washing tower,gravity dust collector,long-neck annular slot Venturi tube,etc.Finally,fine dust removal,dehydration and defogging are achieved through acoustic agglomeration fine dust removal tower,significantly reducing the particle content in the primary flue gas of the converter,reducing the particle content in the primary flue gas of the converter to below 10 mg/Nm^(3),fully complying with the national pollution control standards for steel-making processes.The application of technology not only reduces environmental pollution,but also realizes the secondary utilization of converter ash(mud)and converter gas,saving resources and reducing energy consumption.
