摘　　要：中国农业绿色发展的关键在于提高家庭农场的农业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)。本文基于中国社会科学院农村发展研究所于2020年所进行的中国乡村振兴综合调查数据(CRRS),研究了合作社对入社家庭农场GTFP的提升效应及作用机制。研究表明:家庭农场加入合作社可提升GTFP,为中国绿色农业发展开辟新途径。其次,加入合作社对家庭农场的GTFP的提升效果存在异质性,农村经济发展水平高的地区、土地细碎化程度低、数字金融素养高的家庭农场加入合作社后,对GTFP的提升更显著。再次,加入合作社通过协同增收机制和农业社会化服务机制间接作用于家庭农场GTFP的提升,且农业社会化服务机制对其GTFP的提升效果更明显。最后,加入合作社的家庭农场的GTFP提升效应受到家庭农场土地经营规模的正向调节作用,土地规模面积越大,越有利于加入合作社的家庭农场的GTFP的提升。本文研究结果为推动家庭农场和农民合作社的融合发展,促进家庭农场GTFP提升和中国绿色农业发展提供了理论指导和政策启示。The key to the green development of agriculture in China lies in improving the total factor productivity(GTFP)of family farms.This article is based on the comprehensive survey data on rural revitalization in China(CRRS)conducted by the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2020,and studies the effect and mechanism of cooperatives on the GTFP of family farms.Research has shown that joining cooperatives on family farms can enhance GTFP and open up new avenues for the development of green agriculture in China.Secondly,there is heterogeneity in the improvement effect of joining cooperatives on the GTFP of family farms.In areas with high levels of rural economic development,low levels of land fragmentation,and high digital financial literacy,family farms joining cooperatives have a more significant improvement effect on their GTFP.Once again,joining a cooperative indirectly enhances the GTFP of family farms through collaborative income growth mechanisms and agricultural socialized service mechanisms,and the agricultural socialized service mechanism has a more significant effect on its GTFP improvement.Finally,the GTFP enhancement effect of family farms joining cooperatives is positively moderated by the land management scale of family farms.The larger the land area,the more favorable it is for the GTFP enhancement of family farms joining cooperatives.The research results of this article provide theoretical guidance and policy inspiration for promoting the integration and development of family farms and farmer cooperatives,enhancing the GTFP of family farms,and promoting the development of green agriculture in China.
