摘 要:采用自主集成的管-管钨极惰性气体保护自动焊接专机,对厚度为5 mm的Q235碳钢管件进行焊接试验,详细阐述了打底工艺试验、填充工艺试验及盖面工艺试验对焊缝成形的影响,观察焊接接头的微观组织并对硬度进行了测试分析。试验结果表明,采用热丝TIG焊接工艺能够实现Q235碳钢管件的高质量焊接,焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形美观。打底焊接时,管-管装配相关参数是焊接质量的主要影响因素;填充焊接时,焊接电压是焊接质量的主要影响因素;盖面焊接时,焊枪摆动幅度和送丝速度是焊接质量的主要影响因素。焊接接头的微观组织主要由针状铁素体组成,且近焊缝区的晶粒明显长大。焊缝硬度显著高于母材硬度,焊缝区硬度最高可达210 HV。The welding test of Q235 carbon steel pipe with thickness of 5 mm was carried out by using the self-integrated pipe-pipe tungsten inert gas protection automatic welding machine.The effects of backing process test,filling process test and cover process test on weld formation were described in detail.The microstructure of the welded joints was observed and the hardness was tested and analyzed.The test results show that the high quality welding of Q235 carbon steel pipe fittings can be realized by hot wire TIG welding process,the welding process is stable and the weld forming is beautiful.The relevant parameters of pipe-pipe assembly are the main factors affecting the welding quality during backing welding,the welding voltage is the main factor affecting the welding quality during filling welding,the welding torch swing amplitude and wire feeding speed are the main factors affecting the welding quality during cover welding.The microstructure of the welded joint is mainly composed of acicular ferrite,and the grains near the weld zone grow obviously.The hardness of the weld is significantly higher than that of the base metal,and the hardness of the weld zone is up to 210 HV.
