摘 要:热处理工艺参数是工件热处理性能的保证,针对生产中按工艺参数热处理后出现性能偏差的情况,从原材料成分差异、供应状态不同和材料特性影响方面进行了原因分析,并结合生产实例明确了工艺参数变更的注意事项,避免因工艺参数随意变更而造成的隐患。同时,提出了明确工艺参数变更原则、原因分析、验证、审批和数据收集等控制措施,确保工艺参数变更过程可控,工件热处理质量符合要求,且能够不断提升热处理工艺规程的指导性,使工件热处理质量稳定可靠。Heat treatment process parameters are the guarantee of the heat treatment performance of the workpiece.In view of the performance deviation after heat treatment according to the process parameters in production,the causes were analyzed from the aspects of raw material composition differences,different supply states and the influence of material characteristics,and the precautions for the change of process parameters were clarified in combination with production examples to avoid the hidden dangers caused by the random change of process parameters.At the same time,the control measures such as clear principle of process parameter change,cause analysis,verification,approval and data collection are put forward to ensure that the process parameter change is controllable,the quality of the workpiece heat treatment meets the requirements,and the guidance of the heat treatment process regulations can be continuously improved,so that the quality of the workpiece heat treatment is stable and reliable.
