摘 要:通过对中碳调质钢34CrNi1Mo的碳当量、冷裂纹敏感指数进行计算,根据预热温度经验计算公式、Seferain法以及冷裂纹敏感指数法分别计算了34CrNi1Mo钢不产生裂纹的理论预热温度。开展斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验,进行微观组织观察和硬度检测,优化了34CrNi1Mo钢的焊接预热温度。通过实际应用,取得了满意的焊接效果。Through the carbon equivalent calculations and cold cracking sensitivity index calculations of medium carbon quenched and tempered steel 34CrNi1Mo,the theoretical preheating temperature of 34CrNi1Mo steel without cracks was separately calculated by the empirical calculation formula of preheating temperature,Seferain method and cold cracking sensitivity index method.The welding crack test of inclined Y-shaped groove was carried out,the microstructure were observed and hardness was tested,and the welding preheating temperature of 34CrNi1Mo steel was optimized.Satisfactory welding results have been achieved through practical application.
