摘　　要：10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V钢制零件为薄辐板,含内花键结构。目前国内关于10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V钢的热处理工艺研究较少,且零件需经过渗碳-氰化-淬火等多次重复加热冷却过程,造成渗碳质量及热处理变形控制不稳定,故对10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V钢制零件的渗碳方式及热处理变形控制方法进行了研究。结果表明,可控气氛渗碳和低压真空渗碳均能达到渗层深度0.6~0.8 mm的控制要求,但相较于可控气氛渗碳工艺,采用低压真空渗碳后获得的渗层表面无溶解氧层,且渗层质量稳定性更好。结合花键心模约束内花键淬火变形的方法,零件淬火后内花键尺寸精度满足滚棒间尺寸公差0.06 mm的要求。该研究成果有力地保证了产品质量,同时可为同材料其他类似零件的质量控制提供技术参考。10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V steel parts are thin spoke plates with internal splines.At present,there are few studies on the heat treatment process of 10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V steel in China,and the parts need to go through several repeated heating and cooling processes such as carburizing,cyanide and quenching,resulting in unstable carburizing quality and heat treatment deformation control.Therefore,the carburizing method and deformation control method of 10CrNi2Mo3Cu2V steel parts are studied.The results show that both controlled atmosphere carburizing and low pressure vacuum carburizing can achieve the control requirement for carburizing layer depth of 0.6 to 0.8 mm,but compared with controlled atmosphere carburizing process,the surface of the carburizing layer obtained by using low pressure vacuum carburizing has no dissolved oxygen layer,and the quality stability of the carburizing layer is better.The dimensional accuracy of the internal spline can meet the requirement of the dimensional tolerance of 0.06 mm between the roller rod after quenching,which is combined with the method of restricting the internal spline quenching deformation.The research results can guarantee the quality of the product and provide technical reference for the quality control of other similar parts with the same material.
