摘　　要：随着党和国家推进社会工作体制的变革,如何建构中国社会工作自主知识体系成为一项重大议题。知识体系的建构离不开对经验在知识生产中的正功能与负功能的深入思考。其中,如何辩证地把握经验的边界,是亟待解决的基本问题。基于此,建构中国社会工作自主知识体系需要从长周期与短事件、大融突与微实务、生产者与消费者、强证据与优推论四个维度予以把握。为此,有必要从经验的时空超越性、专业人格化的自我超越性、知识生产机制的互动性、证据—推论—服务的系统性等四个方面,推进中国社会工作自主知识体系的建构与创新。In 2022,during an inspection to Renmin University of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized,“Accelerating the construction of philosophical and social sciences with Chinese characteristics is,in the final analysis,the construction of China’s own knowledge system.”At the same time,with the Party and the state promoting the reform of the social work system,how to construct the independent knowledge system of Chinese social work and promote the construction of the discipline system of social work with Chinese characteristics has become a major issue.Knowledge is the dynamic combination and deepening of experience,the breakthrough and reorganization of the boundaries of experience.Therefore,the construction of a knowledge system is inseparable from deep thinking on the positive and negative functions of experience in knowledge production and the reflection of Chinese cultural tradition.Among them,how to dialectically grasp the boundaries of experience is a basic problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on this,there are four dimensions to be grasped in constructing an independent knowledge system for social work in China.They are:long cycles and short events,large integration and micro-practice,producers and consumers,and strong evidence and superior inferences.From the perspective of cultural consciousness,these four dimensions reflect the continuity of macro and micro.It includes not only the diachronic nature and fusion of knowledge,but also the intervention mechanisms of focal events and micro-practices.In addition,it includes the correlation and difference between knowledge production,knowledge dissemination and knowledge consumption,as well as the reliability of evidence admissibility and inference under a certain cultural context and power structure.Therefore,promoting the construction and innovation of the Chinese social work independent knowledge system requires focus on the following four aspects.First,the transcendence of time and space of experience.Second,the self-transcendence of prof
