民营经济助推乡村共同富裕的作用机理及优化路径

摘　　要：民营经济是推动乡村振兴,实现乡村现代化发展和农民共同富裕的重要力量。然而,从结构维度来看,城乡民营经济发展差距阻碍乡村产业高质量发展;从环境维度来看,制约民营经济在乡村发展的外部因素较多;从动力维度来看,民营经济面临助推共同富裕动力不足的现实困境,对实现乡村农民共同富裕构成了严峻挑战,应予以纾解。民营经济通过将推动高质量发展、弘扬企业家勤劳致富精神和涵养“向上向善”文化有机融合,在推动农业农村现代化发展中赋能农民共同富裕。因此,应引导民营经济深度参与乡村振兴,助力乡村多业并举;激活乡村各类资源要素,扫除阻碍民营经济在乡村发展的外在障碍;保护民营经济合法利益,增强其助推乡村共同富裕的责任感。The private economy is an important force promoting rural vitalization and achieving modernization of rural development and common prosperity for farmers.However,from a structural perspective,the gap in the development of private economies between urban and rural areas hinders the high-quality development of rural industries.From an environmental perspective,many external factors constrain the development of private economy in rural areas.In terms of driving forces,the lack of driving forces for private economy to promote common prosperity poses a serious challenge to achieving common prosperity for rural farmers and should be alleviated.The private economy advances the modernization of agriculture and rural areas through the organic integration of improving high-quality development,promoting the spirit of hard work and prosperity of entrepreneurs,and cultivating a culture of goodness,empowering common prosperity for farmers.Therefore,it is necessary to guide private economy to deeply participate in rural vitalization and support the development of various industries in rural areas,activate various rural resource elements and eliminate external obstacles that hinder the development of private economy in rural areas;and protect the legitimate interests of private economy and enhance its sense of responsibility for promoting rural common prosperity.
