浅析目录学视域下的温病学术创新与发展

摘　　要：本文通过梳理古代综合书目和现代中医专科目录,探讨历代中医学者对温病学术创新与发展情况的认识,得出温病的学术发展历程。即从《汉书·艺文志·方技略》中的医经类仅见《黄帝内经》的散在温病理论,发展至清代凌奂《医学薪传》的“时术”类专门著录温病医书21部,再到现代中医专科目录学著作对温病古籍分类细化至多类别、多层次的温病学科建立。随着目录学的发展和温病理论的创新,从外感热病学萌芽,发展至以第一部温病专著《温疫论》为代表的温病学产生与寒温之争学术思潮的爆发,这提示了目录学与温病的学术发展是相辅相成的,而温病著作的系统化分类将促进中医温病学术体系的构建,从而助力中医温病学术的传承与创新发展。This paper delves into the comprehension of the academic innovation and development of warm diseases by combing the comprehensive bibliography of ancient Chinese medicine and the catalogue of modern Chinese medicine specialties,and obtains the academic development process of warm diseases.Specifically,from the theory of scattered warm diseases in the medical classics in the Han Shu·Yi Wen Zhi·Fang Ji Lue,which are only found in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,to the 21 medical books on warm diseases in the Shishu category of Ling Huan's Yi Xue Xin Chuan in the Qing dynasty,and then to the classification and refinement of ancient books on warm diseases in the modern Chinese medicine specialty bibliography to the establishment of multi-category and multi-level warm diseases disciplines.During this period,with the development of bibliography and the innovation of the theory of warm diseases,from the germination of extrinsic fever to the emergence of warm diseases represented by the first monograph on warm diseases,Treatise on Warm Epidemic,and the outbreak of academic thought in the dispute between cold and temperature,suggesting that the development of bibliography and warm diseases scholarship are complementary to each other,and the systematic classification of warm diseases works will promote the construction of the academic system of Chinese medicine and help the inheritance and innovative development of Chinese medicine warm diseases.
