摘  要:以国内某油气田项目中的国产化超高压球阀设计为列,本文介绍了超高压球阀在油气行业中的使用功能及重要性。结合传统超高压球阀设计结构,分别从球体支撑定位、阀座密封面、阀杆与球体连接、传动链的参数要求、防介质冲刷、壳体强度及最小壁厚、体盖密封等方面提出了结构设计优化方案,确保了产品在超高压介质作用下密封可靠、启闭灵活无卡阻;且该优化设计有效保障了产品的安全稳定运行,为油气田项目中超高压球阀结构设计提供参考。Taking the design of domestic ultra-high pressure ball valve in a domestic oil and gas field project as an example,this paper introduces the function and importance of ultra-high pressure ball valve in oil and gas industry.Combined with the design structure of traditional ultra-high pressure ball valve,the structural design optimization scheme is proposed from the aspects of ball support positioning,valve seat sealing surface,valve stem and ball connection,parameter requirements of transmission chain,anti-medium erosion,shell strength and minimum wall thickness,body cover sealing,etc.,to ensure that the product is sealed reliably under the action of ultra-high pressure medium,and the opening and closing are flexible without jamming.The optimized design effectively guarantees the safe and stable operation of the product,and provides a reference for the structural design of ultra-high pressure ball valves in oil and gas field projects.
