摘　　要：电动明杆平底式闸板阀适用于市政管网系统原水、清水及污水介质工况。市政管网系统承担着将自来水输送到千家万户的重任,平底闸阀作为市政管网系统运行过程中的重要组成部分,特别是大口径(≥DN1200)软密封平底闸板阀在管网作为关断阀的运用,填补了国内市场大口径闸阀的短板。该阀门安装长度短、成本较低,生产工艺要求较高,因此对产品质量的要求严格。为确保产品质量,对产品的材料与生产工艺进行研究,分析生产工艺中的难点,并制定相应的解决措施,以确保阀门检验测试的高合格率,增强市场竞争力,从而实现在市政管网系统中的广泛运用。The electric rising-stem flat-bottom gate valve is suitable for the working conditions of raw water,clean water and sewage media in the municipal pipeline network system.The municipal pipeline network system undertakes the important task of transporting tap water to thousands of households.As an important part of the operation of the municipal pipeline network system,the flat-bottom gate valve,especially the application of large-diameter(≥DN1200) soft-sealed flat-bottom gate valves as shut-off valves in the pipeline network,fills the gap of large-diameter gate valves in the domestic market.The strict quality requirements are imposed on the strict production process comparing with a short installation length and relatively low cost.In order to ensure the product quality,the materials and process are studied,the difficulties in the process are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are formulated to ensure a high qualification rate in testing,enhance market competitiveness and wide application in the municipal pipeline network system.
