摘 要:针对卷烟机风力系统中自动风压平衡器小开度流量变化大、大开度流量变化不明显而导致的调节性能较差问题,本文设计了一种新型多阀瓣式风力调节阀。采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对其内部流动进行仿真,得到不同开度条件下的内部流场和流量系数-相对开度关系曲线,并进行了实验验证。将多阀瓣式风力调节阀与自动风压平衡器实验数据进行对比分析,结果表明:多阀瓣式风力调节阀有效调节区间在10%~90%,相较于自动风压平衡器增加了30%,相对流量系数-相对开度关系曲线趋近于等百分比式,可实现高精度风力控制,适用于卷烟机集中工艺风力系统中的风力恒压控制。In order to solve the problem of poor regulation performance of the automatic wind pressure balancer in the cigarette machine wind system,a new type of multi valve disc wind control valve was designed.The internal flow was simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The internal flow field under different opening conditions and the flow coefficient relative opening relationship curve were obtained and verified by experiments.The experimental data of the multi valve disc type wind regulator and the automatic wind pressure balancer are compared and analyzed.The results show that the effective regulation range of the multi valve disc type wind regulator is 10%~90%,which is increased by 30%compared with the automatic wind pressure balancer,and the relative flow coefficient relative opening curve is close to the equal percentage formula,which can realize high-precision wind control,and is suitable for the constant pressure control of the wind in the centralized process wind system of cigarette maker.
