摘 要:阀门是工艺系统中不可或缺的设备,用于介质隔离、调节、防逆流、泄压等过程,气动阀由于具备远程操作、调节性能优异、设计可配置失效安全功能等优点,在核电厂安全相关系统中应用广泛。本文针对核电厂气动调节阀在运行过程中频繁出现的典型故障开展系统性分析并提出优化处理方案,通过收集历史运维数据,对于阀门内漏、阀门外漏、开关不到位、间歇性跳动等故障,结合气动调节阀的工作原理及系统应用,对故障现象、故障原因及处理方法进行探讨和分析,进而完成阀门的故障处理与设备优化,确保设备安全可靠的运行。The valve is an indispensable equipment in the process system,which is used for medium isolation,regulation,anti-reverse flow,pressure relief and other processes.Pneumatic valves are widely used in safety-related systems of nuclear power plants due to their advantages of remote operation,excellent regulation performance,and configurable failure safety functions.In this paper,a systematic analysis is carried out on the typical faults that frequently occur during the operation of the pneumatic control valve in the nuclear power plant and an optimization treatment scheme is proposed.By collecting historical operation and maintenance data,for the faults such as valve internal leakage,valve external leakage,inadequate switch and intermittent runout,combined with the working principle and system application of the pneumatic control valve,the fault phenomena,fault causes and treatment methods are discussed and analyzed,and then the fault treatment and equipment optimization of the valve are completed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
