摘  要:扬水泵站输水系统中水泵出口处安装的止回阀可用于防止水泵停泵后,管道中的水回流造成水泵反转,水泵反转会产生强大电流,烧坏电机;止回阀在关闭过程中可能产生关阀水锤,对管道系统造成严重破坏。本文提出一种新的技术解决方案,利用机械、电气与智能化相结合的技术手段实现止回阀自动追踪零流速关阀,解决了介质回流和水泵反转问题。研究结果表明,该技术方案能够消除或减少水锤升压现象,可有效避免水锤事故的发生,为后续泵站水锤防护技术提供了一定的借鉴基础。The check valve installed at the outlet of the pump in the water conveyance system of the pumping station can be used to prevent the pump from stopping the pump.The water reflux in the pipeline causes the pump to reverse,and the pump reverse will produce a strong current and burn the motor.The check valve may produce a water hammer during the closing process,causing serious damage to the pipeline system.In this paper,a new technical solution is proposed,which uses the combination of mechanical,electrical and intelligent technical means to realize the automatic tracking of zero flow rate closing valve of check valve,and solves the problem of medium reflux and pump reversal.The research results show that the technical scheme can eliminate or reduce the phenomenon of water hammer pressure rise,effectively avoid the occurrence of water hammer accidents,and provide a certain reference basis for the subsequent water hammer protection technology of pumping stations.
