摘　　要：以2020年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据为基础,运用统计描述和线性回归方法分析中国老年人的孤独感流行率及家庭支持对其的影响。研究发现,中国老年人孤独感平均得分高达10.75,其中农村、高龄、独居且失能的老年人孤独感程度较高。而农村老年人的孤独感显著高于城市老年人;年龄、生活自理能力、家庭支持显著影响老年人孤独感。孤独感是由多种因素交织引起的,对老年人的孤独问题,需要采取个体化和多维度的干预措施。因此,为减轻老年人孤独感,应加大社会资源投入、有效整合社会资源、改善居住环境、扩展老年教育机会、开展家庭教育和增加家庭支持和互动、提倡邻里互助以及为老年人提供必要的心理支持等。Based on the 2020 China Aging Social Tracking Survey(CLASS)data,this study uses statistical description and linear regression methods to analyze the prevalence of loneliness among elderly people in China and the impact of family support on it.Research has found that the average score of loneliness among elderly people in China is as high as 10.75,with rural,elderly,solitary and disabled elderly people experiencing higher levels of loneliness.The loneliness of rural elderly is significantly higher than that of urban elderly.Age,self-care ability and family support significantly affect elderly people's sense of loneliness.Loneliness is caused by multiple intertwined factors,so individualized and multidimensional intervention measures are needed to address the issue of loneliness in the elderly.Therefore,in order to alleviate the loneliness of the elderly,it is necessary to increase social resource investment,effectively integrate social resources,improve living environment,expand opportunities for elderly education,carry out family education and increase family support and interaction,promote mutual assistance among neighbors and provide necessary psychological support for the elderly.
