摘　　要：研究目的:考察数字乡村发展对农户闲置宅基地流转行为决策的影响及其机制,为有效盘活利用闲置宅基地、提高农村资源配置效率提供实践参考。研究方法:基于中国土地经济调查数据,运用面板Logit模型进行实证分析。研究结果:(1)数字乡村发展对农户闲置宅基地流转行为有促进效应。(2)异质性分析表明数字乡村发展对农户闲置宅基地流转行为的促进效应对生活型、新生代和近郊区农户更显著。(3)机制分析发现数字乡村发展通过推动农村产业转型、提升风险承担意愿和拓宽社会网络水平促使农户流转闲置宅基地。(4)宅基地确权能显著提升数字乡村发展的农户闲置宅基地流转促进效应;与一级数字鸿沟相比,二级数字鸿沟缩小对数字乡村发展的农户闲置宅基地流转促进效应具有强化作用。研究结论:应持续推进数字乡村建设,针对农户自身需求和资源禀赋程度,制定并实施差异化宅基地流转方案,强化数字乡村发展对盘活利用闲置宅基地的重要作用,为实现乡村振兴战略目标赋能。The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of digital village development on idle rural residential land transfer behavior,to provide the practical references for effectively redeveloping idle rural residential land and improving the efficiency of rural resource allocation.The research method is the panel Logit model based on land economic survey data in China.The research results show that:1)the development of digital village has a promoting effect on the transfer behavior of idle rural residential land.2)Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promoting effect of digital village development on idle rural residential land transfer behavior is more significant for life-type farmers,new generation farmers,and farmers in remote rural areas.3)Mechanism analysis shows that the development of digital village promotes the transfer behavior of idle rural residential land by driving the transformation of rural industry,enhancing the willingness to take risks and broadening the level of social network.4)Rural residential land titling significantly enhances the promoting effect of idle rural residential land transfer in the development of digital village.Compared with the first-level digital divide,the narrowing of the second-level digital divide has a strengthening effect on promoting the transfer behavior of rural residential land in the development of digital village.In conclusion,the construction of digital village should be continuously promoted;differentiated rural residential land transfer plans should be formulated and implemented according to the needs of farmers and the degree of resource endowment;the important role of digital village development in idle rural residential land redevelopment should be strengthened;and the strategic goal of rural revitalization should be empowered.
