摘 要:研究目的:基于分布式认知理论,构建“认知分布(地域力/文化力/个人力)→认知中介(风险感知/收益预期)→行为输出(流转意愿/博弈能力/流转行为)”的解释路径,探究长沙市闲置宅基地使用权流转试点区和非试点区的农户行为差异化驱动逻辑,为有效实现宅基地盘活利用提供决策参考。研究方法:问卷调查法、带有调节效应的结构方程模型、简单斜率分析。研究结果:(1)在试点区,地域力对收益预期和风险感知的路径系数分别为0.722和-0.658,呈现“高收益预期—低风险感知”特征;在非试点区则分别为-0.486和0.423,其作用方向恰与试点区相反,呈“低收益预期—高风险感知”特征。(2)个人力正向作用于收益预期、负向作用于风险感知,作用强度均为试点区大于非试点区;文化力对收益预期和风险感知均有显著正向作用。(3)在非试点区,近郊农户流转意愿形成时收益预期的正向影响强于风险感知的负向影响,远郊农户则是风险感知的负向影响强于收益预期的正向影响,试点区农户则无明显偏向。(4)流转意愿驱动流转行为,博弈能力在其中起到正向调节作用且强度呈区域分异:非试点区大于试点区、近郊大于远郊、农业区大于工业区。研究结论:考虑在非试点区完善“政策包+案例库”宣传体系,打造可视化流转收益测算平台;强化农户风险教育,探索开展农村产权交易保险业务;通过“合作社+中介”等联合模式提高城市远郊农户和工业区农户的决策水平与议价能力。The purposes of this study are to construct an explanatory pathway delineating the“cognitive distribution(spatial forces/cultural capital/individual agency)→cognitive mediation(risk perception/income expectation)→behavioral output(transfer intention/game ability/circulation behavior)”framework based on distributed cognition theory,and to investigate the driving mechanisms underlying behavioral differentiation among farmers in the pilot areas and non-pilot areas of idle rural residential land use rights transfers in Changsha City.The research methods include questionnaire surveys,moderated structural equation modeling(SEM)and simple slope analysis.The research results show that:1)spatial forces in the pilot areas exhibit distinct pathway coefficients of 0.722 on income expectations and-0.658 on risk perceptions,characterizing a“high reward anticipation-low risk sensitivity”configuration.Conversely,the non-pilot areas demonstrate inverse directional effects(-0.486 and 0.423),manifesting a“low reward anticipation-high risk vigilance”pattern.2)Individual agency exerts dual-polarized effects,i.e.,positively influencing income expectations while negatively affecting risk perceptions,with effect magnitudes significantly stronger in the pilot areas.Cultural capital demonstrates symmetrical positive impacts on both dimensions.3)Spatial stratification analysis reveals behavioral asymmetries,i.e.,peri-urban farmers in non-pilot areas prioritize reward optimization,whereas ex-urban counterparts exhibit risk-averse dominance.The farmers in the pilot areas show balanced cognitive processing.4)Transfer intention directly drives behavioral implementation,moderated by game ability through hierarchical spatial effects,i.e.,moderation intensity following non-pilot areas>pilot areas,peri-urban areas>ex-urban areas and agricultural zones>industrial zones.In conclusion,a“policy tool package and case set”advocacy system in non-pilot areas,coupled with the development of an interactive platform for visualizing potent
