摘　　要：研究目的:总结2024年国内外土地科学研究的重点进展,展望2025年中国土地科学的发展趋势及《中国土地科学》重点关注方向。研究方法:文献调查法。研究结果:2024年国内研究重点关注耕地保护长效机制构建、国土空间治理体系现代化、土地资源配置新质化、国土空间规划“数治化”、土地利用绿色低碳转型、国土空间生态修复治理、自然资源资产管理法治化、土地流转行为及效应、宅基地制度改革、全域土地综合整治模式等科学问题;国外研究重点关注土地产权不平等成因、弱势群体的土地权益保障、土地资源协同管理路径、可持续空间规划方法、农地整理与配置优化、退化土地生态恢复等问题。研究结论:立足严守资源安全底线、优化国土空间格局、促进绿色低碳发展、维护资源资产权益等科技需求,2025年《中国土地科学》将重点关注耕地资源高水平保护与质量提升、土地要素配置与城乡土地制度改革、国土空间规划实施监督与空间治理、国土空间整治修复与绿色低碳发展、自然资源资产管理体制机制建设等相关研究问题及选题方向。The purposes of this paper are to summarize the key progress of land science research at home and abroad in 2024,and to discuss the development trend and focuses of China Land Science in 2025.The research method is literature review.The results show that domestic research in 2024 focused on long-term mechanism for cultivated land protection,modernization of the territorial governance system,land resource allocation under new quality productivity,digital governance transformation of spatial planning,green and low carbon transition of land use,integration of ecological restoration and governance,rule of law in natural resource asset management,land transfer behavior and its effects,rural residential land reform,and comprehensive land consolidation.International studies paid more attention to inequality of land property rights,land rights of vulnerable groups,synergistic management of land resources,sustainable spatial planning,farmland consolidation and allocation,and ecological restoration of degraded land.In conclusion,to respond to the technology demand of preserving the bottom line of resource security,optimizing of territorial space pattern,promoting green and low-carbon development,securing the rights and interests of resource assets,China Land Science in 2025 will focus on the high-level protection and quality improvement of cultivated land,land factor allocation and urban-rural land institution reform,monitoring and governance of spatial planning,land remediation and restoration and green low-carbon development,institutional mechanisms of natural resource asset management.
