摘 要:研究目的:归纳分析2024年国内外土地工程与信息技术领域的研究进展,展望研究趋势。研究方法:文献调研法。研究结果:2024年国内研究主要集中于土地资源的合理开发与利用、全域土地综合整治的协同治理、生态功能导向的土壤重构、耦合视角下的国土空间生态修复、生态修复中的固碳增汇、土地覆盖分类方法的优化技术以及土地利用与规划的多情景模拟技术。国外研究主要聚焦于土地开发的综合管理与社会效益、土地整理中的地块碎片化与资源配置优化研究、保护性耕作与微生物共生对土壤改良的作用、生态系统稳定性与功能恢复、土地信息智能提取技术、土地覆盖变化预测与多情景规划技术。研究结论:2024年土地工程与信息技术领域在土地开发高效利用、全域土地综合整治、土地复垦与生态修复和土地信息技术等方面取得了一定进展。2025年将重点关注资源优化与利益平衡机制、土地复垦与生态修复中的关键机制与多维协同研究、土地信息技术中的数据融合与智能化应用等研究方向。The purposes of this paper are to summarize and analyze the 2024 research progress in the field of land engineering and information technology,and to forecast the future research trends.The method of literature review is employed.The research results show that domestic research in 2024 mainly focused on the rational development and utilization of land resources,collaborative governance of comprehensive land consolidation,ecological function-oriented soil reconstruction and collaborative restoration,territorial ecological restoration from a coupled perspective,carbon sink and enhancement in ecological restoration,optimization techniques for land cover classification,and multi-scenario land use and planning simulation technologies.International research mainly concentrated on comprehensive management and social benefits of land development,the impact of land fragmentation,and resource allocation optimization in land consolidation,key issues and value data in land consolidation,the role of protective tillage and microbial symbiosis in soil improvement,ecological function restoration of degraded land,ecosystem stability and function restoration,intelligent land information extraction technologies,land cover change prediction and multi-scenario planning techniques,and the application of deep learning in land simulation and planning technologies.In conclusion,the field of land engineering and information technology in 2024 has made progress in efficient land use,comprehensive land consolidation across regions,land reclamation and ecological restoration,and land information technologies.In 2025,the focus will shift to the research directions such as resource optimization and benefit-balancing mechanisms,key mechanisms and multidimensional collaboration in land reclamation and ecological restoration,as well as data fusion and intelligent applications in land information technologies.
