摘　　要：本文介绍了一种压力仪表清洗装置,该装置通过增加清洗介质的压强,流量阀和调压阀调整射流的流量和压力,使压力仪表清洗更干净;清洗喷嘴采用双射流模式,且喷嘴末端的射流管能旋转,实现无死角清洗;软管进给器控制高压软管和清洗喷嘴的进给速度,保证进给的稳定性和均衡性;系统不正常时,高压软管被压力器堵死,保障操作人员的安全;利用清水作为清洗介质,通过循环装置实现对清洗介质的循环利用,降低了清洗费用成本。This paper introduces a pressure instrument cleaning device,which can make the pressure instrument cleaner by increasing the pressure of cleaning medium,and adjusting the flow and pressure of jet through flow valve and pressure regulating valve;the cleaning nozzle adopts the double jet mode,and the jet pipe at the end of the nozzle can rotate to realize the cleaning without dead angle;the hose feeder controls the feed speed of the high-pressure hose and the cleaning nozzle to ensure the stability and balance of the feed;when the system is abnormal,the high-pressure hose is blocked by the pressure gauge to ensure the safety of operators;clean water is used as the cleaning medium,and the cleaning medium is recycled through the circulating device,thus reducing the cleaning cost.
