摘　　要：阀门定位器是仪表控制阀的重要附件,在装置生产运行中一旦出现故障,将导致控制阀失去控制功能,更为严重时将使控制阀进入事故状态,引起装置停车。针对此类故障,本文实施一种在线解决阀门定位器故障的应用方案。实践证明,该应用方案完全具备在线解决阀门定位器故障问题,避免装置停车损失,对同行业具有一定的借鉴指导意义。The valve positioner is an important valve accessory of the instrument control valve.Once the fault occurs in the production and operation of the device,the control valve will lose its control function,and the control valve will enter the accident state when it is more serious,causing the device to stop.In view of this kind of failure,an application scheme to solve the valve positioner fault online is implemented.The practice proves that this application scheme can completely solve the valve positioner fault online and avoid the device shutdown loss,which has certain reference significance for the same industry.
