摘  要:某企业丙烯腈装置1995年投用,三大进料联锁原设计为单点联锁。三个进料流量分别设置了一台差压变送器来测量相应流量值,当回路内设备、信号电缆、引压管出现故障时,联锁易出现误动作,造成装置生产波动甚至出现装置停工。利用2023年丙烯腈装置停工检修对三大进料联锁进行改造优化,在原有的测量方式基础上对三大进料流量联锁进行改造,将原来的单点联锁改为二取二联锁,即当两个联锁条件同时满足时,联锁才会被触发。在三大进料流量原有测量元件不变的情况下,在取压管处增加1个三通,将1对引压管变为2对引压管,增加1台智能差压变送器与原有的差压变送器测量同一个流量参数,并将新增的变送器信号引入横河DCS系统,在DCS系统内进行二取二联锁逻辑组态修改。The acrylonitrile unit was commissioned in 1995,with the original design of the three major feed interlocks being single-point interlocks.A single differential pressure transmitter was installed for each of the three feed flows to measure the corresponding flow rate.When faults occurred in the equipment within the loop,signal cables,or impulse lines,the interlocks were prone to false activations,causing production fluctuations or even shutdowns of the unit.Leveraging the shutdown and maintenance of the acrylonitrile unit in 2023,the three major feed interlocks were retrofitted and optimized.Based on the original measurement method,the three major feed flow interlocks were modified to a two-out-of-two interlock system,meaning that the interlock would only be triggered when both interlock conditions were simultaneously met.Without changing the original measurement elements for the three major feed flows,a tee was added at the impulse line to convert one pair of impulse lines into two pairs.An additional smart differential pressure transmitter was installed to measure the same flow parameter alongside the original differential pressure transmitter,and the signal from the new transmitter was introduced into the Yokogawa DCS system.Modifications were made to the two-out-of-two interlock logic configuration within the DCS system.
