高效液相色谱-紫外检测器快速测定辛酰甘氨酸含量

摘　　要：辛酰甘氨酸是一种绿色、温和的生物质表面活性剂,近年来在个人护理、清洁产品中的应用日益广泛,因此辛酰甘氨酸的质量控制显得尤为重要。然而该类表面活性剂的紫外吸收较弱,使用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器进行含量测定时存在一定困难。针对这一问题,进行方法学研究,通过选择合适的流动相以及检测波长,建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测器快速测定辛酰甘氨酸含量的方法。以0.1%三氟乙酸乙腈溶液和0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液为流动相进行洗脱,经C18色谱柱分离后,在214nm紫外波长下检测。该方法在0.05~0.50mg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)大于0.999,检出限(S/N=3)为0.025mg/mL,加标回收率在96%~102%范围内。该方法准确、重现性好,可满足定量分析需求,为辛酰甘氨酸表面活性剂的快速测定提供参考。Octoylglycine is a green and mild biomass surfactant,which has been widely used in personal care and cleaning products in recent years.Therefore,quality control of Octoylglycine is particularly important.However,the UV absorption of this type of surfactant is weak,making it dfficult to determine its content using high-performance liquid chromatography UV detector.A methodological study was conducted to address this issue,and a rapid method for determining the content of octylglycine using high-performance liquid chromatography ultraviolet detector was established by selecting appropriate mobile phases and detection wavelengths.Wash with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid acetonitrile solution and 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution as mobile phases,separate on a Crs chromatographic column,and detect at 214 nm ultraviolet wavelength.This method shows a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-0.50 mg/mL,with a correlation coefficient(R)>0.999,a detection limit(S/N=3)of 0.025 mg/mL,and a spiked recovery rate in the range of 96%-102%.This method is accurate and has good reproducibility,which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis and provide reference for the rapid determination of octylglycine surfactants.
