摘　　要：焦化厂换热器内部换热管年久失修易发生腐蚀、泄漏、结垢和堵塞问题。根据某项目现场实际施工情况,研究总结出一种独有的换热器管板胀管施工工艺,包括前期准备、施工顺序、拆除工艺、安装工艺、胀管工艺、泄漏和气密性试验。为相关换热管更换工程提供一种安全、高效、绿色的工法,避免安全隐患,防止事故发生。The internal heat exchange tubes of coking plant heat exchangers are prone to corrosion,leakage,scaling,and blockage problems due to long-term disrepair.Based on the actual construction situation of a certain project site,a unique heat exchanger tube sheet expansion construction process has been studied and summarized,including preliminary preparation,construction sequence,dismantling process,installation process,expansion process,leakage and airtightness test.Provide a safe,efficient,and green method for the replacement of relevant heat exchange tubes,avoiding safety hazards and preventing accidents from occurring.
