摘  要:国内已投运储气库的压缩机多为往复式压缩机,往复式压缩机的工作原理导致润滑油会随天然气一起注入地下,若这些润滑油不能得到有效分离,将会影响储气库的采气运行和调峰能力。以某储气库为例,通过对注气压缩机组配套的末级洗涤罐进行改造,配置除油聚结分离器,以解决压缩机组出口含油量高的问题。经对其运行效果进行检测分析,天然气中润滑油含量降低到5mg/kg以下,达到预期效果。The compressors that have been put into operation in domestic gas storage facilities are mostly reciprocating compressors.The working principle of reciprocating compressors causes lubricating oil to be injected underground along with natural gas.If these lubricating oils cannot be effectively separated,it will affect the gas production operation and peak shaving capacity of the gas storage facilities.Taking a certain gas storage facility as an example,the problem of high oil content at the outlet of the compressor unit was solved by retrofitting the final stage washing tank of the gas injection compressor unit and equipping it with an oil removal coalescence separator.After testing and analyzing its operational effectiveness,the lubricating oil content in natural gas has been reduced to below 5 mg/kg,achieving the expected effect.
