摘　　要：根据精细化工加氢生产涉及的高温、高压、临氢、物料危险性高的特点,从物料的易燃易爆及毒性、反应过程、设备运行过程、操作过程等方面分析识别加氢生产过程中存在的安全风险,并提出针对性的风险管控措施,保障企业安全生产,提升企业防范事故能力与水平。Based on the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure,hydrogen exposure,and high material hazard involved in fine chemical hydrogenation production,this article analyzes and identifies the safety risks in the hydrogenation production process from the aspects of material flammability,explosiveness,toxicity,reaction process,equipment operation process,and operation process.Targeted risk control measures are proposed to ensure the safety production of enterprises and enhance their ability and level to prevent accidents.
