摘  要:深中通道深中大桥为主跨1666 m的全飘浮钢箱梁双塔悬索桥,设2根主缆,单根主缆由199股预制平行钢丝索股组成,单根索股由127根∅6.0 mm高强锌铝镁多元合金镀层钢丝和锚具等组成。为实现该桥主缆全域范围内的温、湿度密集监测,提升主缆健康监测水平,提出通长内嵌温、湿度弱光栅阵列传感光纤的3000米级智慧索股新结构,开展弱光栅阵列湿度传感光纤、光纤封装光缆结构及智慧索股研制,在该桥下游主缆中安装4根3006 m长智慧索股,并对智慧索股服役状态进行了长达2年的跟踪监测。结果表明:研制的智慧索股新结构可保证其内传感光纤在制造和现场安装应用全过程的存活与工作,智慧索股实现了主缆全域温、湿度的密集监测,该结构为悬索桥主缆全域的温、湿度监测提供了全新的技术手段。The Shenzhong Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link is a two-tower suspension bridge with a main span of 1666 m.The steel-box stiffening girder is not consolidated with the towers and the piers.Each of the two main cables consists of 199 prefabricated parallel steel strands,and each strand contains 127,∅6.0 mm high-strength zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy-coated steel wires and anchorages.In order to achieve intensive monitoring of temperature and humidity throughout the main cables and improve the health monitoring level,the idea of combining weak FBG array sensing fibers with ordinary cable strands to create smart cable strands at the manufacturing stage is proposed.The 3000 m-grade smart cable strands that are fitted with inlaid weak FBG array sensing fibers for temperature and humidity monitoring as well as the associated optical fiber packaging are researched and developed.In the downstream main cable,4 smart steel strands of 3006 m in length were installed,and the service state of the strands were monitored in real time for two years.The results indicate that the smart steel strands can ensure the survival and operation of the inlaid optical fibers during the manufacturing,in-site installation and application processes.The smart steel strands achieve intensive monitoring of temperature and humidity throughout the main cable,providing a new technical means for the monitoring of suspension bridge.
