摘 要:针对地震中大跨连续梁桥主梁的惯性力较大,现有隔震支座无法满足其抗震需求的问题,提出一种适用于该类型桥梁的Zn-22%Al芯玻璃纤维增强板高阻尼橡胶支座(ZA-GFRPHDR支座),开展该支座的拟静力试验,分析其基本力学性能。以某黄河特大桥为背景,建立采用该支座的大桥有限元模型,分析不同场地类别地震波作用下桥梁关键部位的地震响应,并与采用盆式橡胶支座的桥梁地震响应进行对比。结果表明:相较盆式橡胶支座,ZA-GFRPHDR支座能显著降低桥梁地震响应,竖向和水平力学性能稳定,滞回性能优秀,其减隔震性能随地震动强度增大而提升;在Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类场地中,ZA-GFRPHDR支座对桥梁的减隔震作用较强。In earthquake events,the superstructure of the long-span continuous girder bridge undergoes substantial inertial forces,which calls for bearings with excellent seismic mitigation performance.This paper presents a Zn-22%Al-core glass-fiber reinforced high-damping rubber bearing(ZA-GFRPHDR bearing)suitable for this type of bridges.Quasi-static test was conducted to examine the fundamental mechanical property of the bearing.Numerical simulation was carried out,taking an existing Hunghe River Bridge as a case,to analyze the seismic responses at critical locations of the bridge under different seismic waves,with the pot rubber bearings as the control group.It is shown that the ZA-GFRPHDR bearing can remarkably mitigate the seismic responses of the bridge,exhibits stable vertical and horizontal mechanical performance,and excellent hysteresis performance as well.The seismic mitigation performance of the bearing increases as the ground motion intensifies.In the site typesⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ,the ZA-GFRPHDR bearing can perform sound seismic mitigation for bridges.
