摘  要:为探究高速铁路大跨钢结构桥梁长期服役性能演化规律,以郑新黄河大桥为背景,采用动态测试的方法进行研究。对该桥在试验车及过路车激励下相隔10年(2012—2022年)的主梁横向及竖向振幅、竖向加速度、杆件应变、桥梁模态参数及端横梁动挠度进行对比分析,并对数据的相关性及离散性展开研究。结果表明:在试验车及过路车的激励下,2022年主梁横向及竖向振幅、竖向加速度、杆件应变较2012年测试数据普遍增大,且总体存在边跨变化量大而中跨变化量小的现象;大桥自振频率在10年间变化很小,端横梁动挠度略微增大,但总体数值均很小,表明大桥具有较好的刚度和轨道平顺性;主梁动力响应随列车速度的提高而增加,主梁杆件应变与车速具有较强的关联性;2022年各孔跨间动力测试数据相关性普遍大于2012年,离散性符合要求。可将主梁横向及竖向振幅、竖向加速度及杆件应变幅值、桥梁模态参数、端横梁动挠度以及相关性作为状态评估指标,将离散性作为数据可靠性评判指标,用以评估高速铁路钢结构桥梁的长期运营状态。This paper investigates the long-term service performance changes of the long-span steel high-speed railway bridge.A dynamic testing method is used.The 10-year monitoring data(2012-2022)of the Zhengxin Huanghe River Bridge were compared and analyzed,including the transverse and vertical vibration amplitudes of the main girder,the vertical acceleration of the main girder,strains of truss members,bridge modal parameters,and dynamic deflections of end crossbeams under the excitation of test trains and regular passing trains.The correlation and discreteness of these data were discussed.The analysis results demonstrate that the values of the transverse and vertical vibration amplitudes of the main girder,the vertical acceleration of the main girder,strains of truss members are bigger than those measured in 2012,and the changes of the data of the side spans are generally greater than those of the main span.The natural frequencies of the main girder showed minimal change over the 10-year period,the deflections of end crossbeams are slightly increased,but the overall values are small,indicating that the bridge has sound stiffness and track regularity.The dynamic responses of the main girder are in linear relation with the train speed,and the strains of truss members are highly correlated with the train speed.The correlation of dynamic testing data in 2022 is stronger than those in 2012,and the discreteness of data meets the requirements.It is suggested that the data of the transverse and vertical vibration amplitudes of the main girder,the vertical acceleration of the main girder,strains of truss members,bridge modal parameters,and dynamic deflections of end crossbeams as well as the data correlation be used as bridge condition evaluation indexes,and the discreteness as the data reliability evaluation index,to evaluate the long-term service performance of the steel high-speed railway bridge.
