摘 要:上海G1503绕城高速公路跨吴淞江大桥主桥采用三跨连续闭口钢箱组合梁桥,主桥总宽36.25~46.88 m,分东、西两幅桥布置。组合梁支点处高7.15 m,高跨比为1/19.3;跨中处高3.65 m,高跨比为1/37.8。中墩区域钢箱梁底板设置厚0.35~0.60 m的C50低收缩混凝土,以加强钢底板压曲稳定性。桥面板采用由钢桥面板与厚0.15 m的C50纤维混凝土板组成的组合桥面板。针对闭口钢箱组合梁新型结构,研究了组合桥面板有效宽度、构造细节、开裂性能和宽箱室箱梁构造等关键技术。组合桥面板的有效宽度可参照《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》(JTG D64—2015)确定,并进行折减;组合桥面板的板厚组合宜采用薄钢板+较厚混凝土板;曲线桥梁组合桥面板的加劲肋可采用球扁钢、板肋和U肋;剪力钉在钢箱组合梁腹板两侧加密布置,有效宽度范围外适当加大间距均匀布置;组合桥面板的抗裂性能优于混凝土桥面板;宽箱室箱梁抗扭性能好,但截面利用率降低。The main bridge of Wusong River Bridge carrying a section of G1503 Shanghai Ring Expressway is a girder bridge consisting of twin parallel structures,with a deck width reaching 36.25-46.88 m.The superstructure consists of steel box girders acting compositely with the overlaid steel plates and 0.15 m-thick C50 fiber-reinforced concrete panels,measuring 7.15 m at the supports(depth-to-span ratio of 1/19.3)and 3.65 m at the midspan(depth-to-span ratio of 1/37.8).At the intermediate piers,the bottom plate of the steel box girder is cast with 0.35 to 0.60 m-thick C50 low shrinkage concrete to enhance buckling stability.Studies on effective width of the composite deck panels,structural details,cracking performance and configuration of wide steel box girder were conducted and key techniques were tailored.The effective width of the deck panels can be determined referencing the Specifications for Design of Highway Steel Bridge(JTG D 64-2015),and reduced accordingly.The composite deck panel with thin steel plate and thick concrete panel is a better option.For the curved section,the composite deck panels can be stiffened by bulb flats,plate ribs and U-ribs.Shear studs should be densely-distributed in the webs of the steel box girders,and at larger spacing beyond the effective width range.The cracking resistance of the composite deck panel is stronger than that of the concrete panel.The torsional resistance of the wide steel box girder is higher,but with lower cross-section utilization rate.
