摘　　要：河南汝阳外方山地区旧县-付店铅锌银矿田的十八盘铅锌矿床是华北陆块南缘多金属成矿带的典型代表,其成因机制与找矿方向对区域矿产勘查和成矿理论完善具有重要意义。针对该矿床长期存在的成因争议及外围找矿潜力不明的问题,通过总结十八盘铅锌矿床野外地质调查、岩石地球化学分析等研究,结合矿物生成顺序及构造控矿特征研究,揭示了矿床成因及空间分布规律。研究结果表明:矿体主要受北东东向断裂构造控制,矿床受地层、构造、岩浆岩的“三位一体”控制,属于岩浆和动力叠加成因的受断裂控制的岩浆热液充填型铅锌矿,指出外围找矿应优先关注北东向与北西向次级构造交会处及岩性过渡界面,深部勘查需针对断裂构造破碎带中未封闭矿体,为进一步勘查工作提供依据。The Shibapan lead-zinc deposit in the Jiuxian-Pudian polymetallic ore field of the Waiwanshan area,Ruyang,Henan,is a typical representative of the polymetallic mineralization belt along the southern margin of the North China Block.Its genesis and mineral exploration directions are of great significance for regional mineral exploration and the improvement of mineralization theories.To address the long-standing controversy over the deposit’s origin and the unclear mineral potential in its surrounding areas,this study summarizes the geological surveys and rock geochemical analyses of the Shibapan lead-zinc deposit and combines the study of mineral paragenetic sequences and structural control characteristics to reveal the deposit’s genesis and spatial distribution patterns.Results show that the ore bodies are primarily controlled by north-east trending fault structures.The deposit is controlled by an integrated system of strata,structures,and igneous rocks.It is a magmatic-hydrothermal filling type lead-zinc deposit controlled by faults,with a genesis resulting from magmatism and tectonism superposition.It is recommended that mineral exploration in surrounding areas prioritize the intersections of north-east and north-west secondary structures and lithological transition zones.Deep exploration should target unclosed ore bodies within fault fracture zones,offering a basis for further exploration.
