摘 要:为提升石煤钒矿中钒的浸出效率并抑制杂质硅的溶出,系统探讨了湿法拌酸熟化工艺中关键参数对钒浸出率的影响。通过单因素实验和验证实验,考察了硫酸用量、熟化温度、反应时间及润湿水量等条件对钒浸出率的作用机制。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为润湿水用量10%、硫酸用量30%、熟化温度120℃、反应时间6 h,在液固比2∶1和常温浸出2 h时,钒浸出率达89%,浸出液中硅含量低于20 mg/L。工艺不仅稳定性高,且通过硫酸的氧化作用有效破坏铝硅酸盐矿物晶格,显著抑制硅的溶出,降低了后续除杂难度。To enhance vanadium leaching efficiency from stone coal vanadium ore and suppress silicon impurity dissolution,this study explores the impact of key parameters in the hydrometallurgical acid-blending maturation process on vanadium leaching.Using single-factor and verification experiments,the mechanisms of sulfuric acid dosage,maturation temperature,reaction time,and water volume on vanadium leaching are analyzed.Results indicate that optimal conditions are 10%water,30%sulfuric acid,120℃maturation temperature,and 6 h reaction time.At a liquid to solid ratio of 2∶1 and 2 h room-temperature leaching,the vanadium leaching rate reaches 89%,with silicon content in the leachate below 20 mg/L.The process is highly stable.Sulfuric acid oxidation effectively disrupts aluminum silicate mineral lattices,significantly suppressing silicon dissolution and reducing subsequent impurity removal difficulty.
