摘 要:在搜集和分析了某多金属矿山保有资源量、矿体赋存状况、开采现状的基础上,对该矿区范围的3个矿段进行了统筹整合设计。经研究分析,推荐整合后矿山总的采矿生产能力为60×10^(4)t/a,沿用地下开采方式,选用平底结构浅孔留矿采矿法;推荐采用混合主井-罐笼副井-东盲斜井联合开拓运输方案(矿石集中有轨运输)。矿山分两期建设,一期先开采Ⅰ号矿段和Ⅱ号矿段,二期开采Ⅰ号矿段、Ⅱ号矿段和Ⅲ号矿段;井下采用分区通风和分区排水方式。技术经济分析结果显示,项目按推荐的设计方案建成投产后,具有较强的财务生存能力、偿债能力、抗风险能力,该方案在经济上是可行。After collecting and analyzing data on the reserves,orebody occurrence,and current mining status of a polymetallic mine,a comprehensive integration and design of the three mining sections within the mine area were conducted.It is recommended that the integrated mine have a total mining production capacity of 60×10^(4)t/a,continuing with underground mining and adopting the flat-bottomed shallow hole open stoping method.A combined development and transportation scheme is proposed,involving a main shaft,cage auxiliary shaft,and east blind adit(with centralized rail transportation of ore).The mine will be built in two phases:PhaseⅠwill mine sectionsⅠandⅡ,and PhaseⅡwill mine sectionsⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢ.Underground zoning ventilation and drainage will be implemented.Results of the technological and economic analysis show that,upon completion and operation following the recommended design,the project will have strong financial viability,debt repayment ability,and risk resistance,indicating its economic feasibility.
