基于异速增长的城市旅游发展动力变化研究——以长三角地区为例

摘　　要：为探究旅游产业发展的动力机制,引入异速增长模型,对长三角地区41座城市2000—2019年的旅游人次与收入异速增长标度进行了测度,判别其动力变化情况,并利用地理探测器探究异速关系及动力变化的影响机制.结果表明:1)长期以来,长三角地区旅游产业总体上呈现由消费持续驱动的正异速增长,随着各城市发展动力的变化,异速特征在空间分布上呈由分散到均衡趋势,但产业发展动力有所下降,区域转型面临一定困难;2)设施保障度、市场营销度、资源分布度、资产投入度、外部联系度、服务供给度、交通可及度和环境友好度8项因子增长维持了该地区旅游人次-收入整体正异速增长特征,然而,景观品位度这1项驱动了负异速增长.优化区域资源调度、整合社会集体力量、融入区域发展进程,营造游客本位的城市旅游体验是促使客均消费提升、实现动力变革的有效手段.In order to explore the driving mechanism of tourism industry development,it was addressed by examining the intrinsic dynamics of tourism development in the process of urban tourism industry transformation by using an innovative approach of the allometric growth model.The allometric growth of tourism in 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2000 to 2019 were measured,their dynamics changes were analyzed,allometric relationship and the influence mechanism were investigated by using GeoDetectors.The findings revealed that:1)tourism growth in the Yangtze River Delta region had exhibited remarkable growth,primarily driven by sustained consumption,with changes in the development dynamics of various cities.The allometric characteristics in spatial distribution were transitioning from conventional to unconventional,however,the development momentum had somewhat declined,and the regional transformation was facing certain challenges;2)the growth of facility security,marketing management,resource distribution,asset investment,external connection,service supply,traffic accessibility,and environmental friendliness had contributed to the overall positive allometric growth of tourists and income.However,the superiority of scenery drived the negative allometric growth.Cultivating a visitor-centric urban tourism experience via optimizing regional resource scheduling,integrating social collective forces,incorporating into the regional development process and proactively improving the quality of comprehensive services appeared in line with the fundamental requirements of all area tourism construction,as well as an effective means to enhance consumption and bring about dynamic reform.
