摘 要:基于爱思唯尔旗下数据库Scopus和SciVal科研管理分析平台,用文献计量学方法进行学科发展评价分析,以期为师范类大学进一步提高学术竞争力提供参考.以部属师范大学及5所师范类大学2008—2022年发表的文献为研究对象,从科研成果数量、质量、学术影响力、科研合作方式、社会影响力、学科发展态势6个维度对师范类大学的学术竞争力进行了评价分析,并与中国平均水平、全球平均水平进行横向比较,与C9联盟大学作对标分析.结果表明:部属师范大学的篇均被引频次、FWCI、全球前10%高被引论文百分比和前10%高水平期刊论文百分比等指标近年来得到迅速增长,但在总发文量、全球前1%高被引论文百分比、前1%高水平期刊论文百分比、媒体报道等方面,仍与C9联盟大学有不小差距;师范类大学应根据自身定位和实际,通过扩大研究规模、提升科研产出质量、增强社会知名度、加强国际合作、学科领域分层管理等措施“做大做精做强做优”,从而提升学术竞争力.研究结果以期为师范类大学的学科发展规划和提升学术竞争力科学决策提供一定的参考.Based on Elsevier′s database Scopus and analysis platform SciVal,disciplinary development was analyzed by using the method of bibliometrics to provide reference for normal universities to improve academic competitiveness.The literature published by subordinate normal universities and five normal universities from 2008 to 2022 were selected as the research subject,the academic competitiveness of normal university was evaluated and analyzed in six dimensions:the quantity of the scientific research,the quality of the scientific research,academic impact,scientific collaboration,social influence,the trend of discipline development,and compared analysis with the Chinese average the global average,C9 alliance universities.The results showed that citations per publication,FWCI,output in top 10%citation percentiles,publications in top 10%journal percentiles of subordinate normal universities showed an overall upward trend,but the scholarly output,output in top 1%citation percentiles,publications in top 1%journal percentiles and media exposure had a certain gap with C9 alliance universities.Normal universities should base on their own orientation and actual status,take measures such as expanding the study scales,improving the quality of scientific research output,enhancing social awareness,strengthening international cooperation,disciplinary layer management and other measures to be″expand in scale,refine in quality,strengthen in capacity and optimize in performance″,so as to improve academic competitiveness.The study would provide a reference for the discipline development planning and scientific decision-making of normal universities.
