摘　　要：目的:系统评价腕踝针疗法缓解痔疮术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、EMbase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于腕踝针缓解痔疮术后疼痛的相关文献,检索时限从建库至2024年7月;由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选及质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入19篇文献,均为中文文献;Meta分析结果显示,与其他疗法相比,腕踝针能够提高痔疮术后疼痛病人的总有效率[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.19,0.37),P<0.00001],降低术后疼痛评分[MD=-0.88,95%CI(-1.41,-0.34),P<0.001],提高病人满意度[OR=0.16,95%CI(0.08,0.31),P<0.00001]。结论:腕踝针能够缓解痔疮术后病人的疼痛程度,提高治疗总有效率及病人满意度,进一步改善病人生活质量。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy in relieving postoperative pain of hemorrhoids.Methods:Through computer retrieval of relevant literature on the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture to relieve postoperative pain after hemorrhoid surgery in databases such as PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,WanFang Database,and VIP.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to July 2024,2 researchers independently conduct literature screening and data collection,as well as risk of bias evaluation.Meta-analysis is performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 19 articles were included in this study,all of which were in Chinese.The results of the Meta-analysis indicated that,compared with other treatment methods,wrist-ankle acupuncture could increase the total effective rate of patients with postoperative pain(OR=0.26,95%CI 0.19-0.37,P<0.00001),reduce the postoperative pain score(MD=-0.88,95%CI-1.41--0.34,P<0.001),improve patient satisfaction(OR=0.16,95%CI 0.08-0.31,P<0.00001).Conclusion:The application of wrist-ankle acupuncture after hemorrhoid surgery can relieve postoperative pain,improve the total effective rate and patient satisfaction,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
