摘  要:目的:构建生命支持类设备调配管理模式,为医疗机构应对突发公共卫生事件进行设备调配管理提供参考。方法:分析医疗机构面临突发公共卫生事件存在的问题,基于国内外医疗机构应对突发公共卫生事件的循证实践,结合四川大学华西医院在突发公共卫生事件流行病感染防治中的经验,制定生命支持类设备调配管理方案和精准匹配呼吸支持方式与设备的评估方案,并对呼吸机相关医用耗材进行标准化管理,构建生命支持类设备调配管理模式,对2022年12月26日至2023年1月20日期间本院在用的293台无创呼吸机和112台高流量无创呼吸湿化治疗仪进行调配管理。结果:293台无创呼吸机调配管理期间共执行无创通气医嘱7492项,112台高流量无创呼吸湿化治疗仪执行无创(高流量)通气医嘱3138项,期间所有收治患者的临床救治需求均得到了较好的保障,且设备平均周转时间由调配管理模式实施前的22.5 min缩减至实施后的12.6 min,医务人员医用耗材准备正确率为100%。结论:生命支持类设备调配管理模式能够在“整体部署、统筹管理”的前提下,将有限的生命支持类设备使用率最大化,提高设备周转效率,降低设备周转时间和设备闲置率,提高医用耗材准备正确率,能够满足应对突发公共卫生事件的临床诊治需求。Objective:To establish a deployment management mode for life-supporting equipment,so as to provide reference for healthcare institutions in deployment management for equipment in responding public health emergencies.Methods:The existed problems of healthcare institutions in facing public health emergencies were analyzed.Based on evidence-based practices from domestic and international healthcare institutions in responding public health emergencies,and combined with the experiences of West China Hospital of Sichuan University in preventing and treating epidemic infection of public health emergencies,a scheme of deployment management of life-supporting equipment,and an assessment scheme that precisely matched mode and equipment for supporting respiratory were formulated.The ventilator-related medical consumables was standardly managed.A deployment management mode for life-supporting equipment was constructed to conduct deployment management for the using 293 non-invasive ventilators and 112 high-flow non-invasive respiratory humidification devices in our hospital from December 26,2022,to January 20,2023.Results:During the period of deployment management for 293 non-invasive ventilators,a total of 7492 prescriptions of noninvasive ventilation were completed,and 3183 prescriptions of non-invasive(high-follow)ventilation of using 112 high-flow noninvasive respiratory humidification devices were completed at the same period,which better ensured the requirements of all patients in clinical treatment.The average turnaround time of equipment was shorted from 22.5 min before deployment management mode was implemented to 12.6 min after it was implemented.The accuracy rate of healthcare personnel was 100%in preparing medical consumables.Conclusion:The deployment management mode of life-supporting equipment can increase the use rate of limited lifesupporting equipment at the maximum degree,and increase the turnover efficiency of equipment,and decrease turnover time and vacancy rate of equipment,and increase the accuracy rate
