摘  要:分析科技期刊在应急知识服务中出现的忽视版权保护现象,提出注重版权保护平衡机制。采取文本分析研究方法,从科技期刊官网、微信公众号等平台收集在新冠疫情期间及其他突发事件的应急知识服务的内容,分析应急管理中科技期刊知识服务与版权保护中存在的问题。在应急管理背景下,科技期刊的知识服务具有迫切性,而知识产权保护缺失在此期间确实存在。在应急知识服务中科技期刊应协助提升传播者版权意识,完善知识服务的产权保护监管机制,推动渠道方建立主流媒体新闻稿的快速传播途径和授权方式,推动数据平台完善科技期刊知识服务的授权及补偿机制,保证科技期刊自身运营过程中的社会效益优先原则,以尽可能确保应急知识服务在线传播的产权保护机制得到兼顾。This study analyzes the neglect of copyright protection in emergency knowledge services provided by scientific journals,and proposes emphasizing balanced copyright protection mechanisms.Adopting textual analysis research methods,it collects content on emergency knowledge services from scientific journal websites,WeChat official accounts,and other platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic and other sudden incidents.It examines issues surrounding emergency management knowledge services and copyright protection among scientific journals.Under emergency management contexts,knowledge services from scientific journals have an urgent nature,yet lapses in intellectual property rights protection.For emergency knowledge services,scientific journals should aid in elevating disseminators'copyright awareness,improve knowledge service property rights protection monitoring mechanisms,promote mainstream media's establishment of rapid dissemination pathways and authorization means for journalist drafts,urge data platforms to refine authorization and compensation mechanisms for scientific journal knowledge services,and ensure scientific journals'own operations prioritize social benefits—all to guarantee emergency knowledge services achieve balanced copyright protection mechanisms during propagation.
