摘 要:随着贸易与物流业务的日益增多,货运交通的安全性成为亟待解决的问题。在货运过程中,由于载重大,货车在遇到紧急情况时仅凭驾驶员的主观反应难以有效避免事故发生,如2024年广东梅大高速桥梁垮塌,造成20余辆车坠桥,因此,提升货车的安全性能具有重要意义。目前国内使用的货车多为非智能货车,不具备自动检测危险的功能,存在一定的运输风险。基于以上背景,本研究旨在改造现存的货车,重点关注货车车厢的安全状况,开发一款货车安全提升系统,实现绿色、经济、安全的货车运输。经测试,最终系统的原型机能够在1秒钟之内实时感知车厢异常,遇到道路塌陷和障碍物能够保持1.4m以上的安全距离。With the increasing number of trade and logistics businesses,the safety of freight transportation has also become an ur‐gent issue to be addressed.In the process of freight transportation,due to the heavy load,it is difficult for trucks to effectively avoid accidents based solely on the subjective feedback of drivers in emergency situations.For example,in 2024,the collapse of the Meida Expressway bridge in Guangdong causing more than 20 vehicles to fall off the bridge.Therefore,improving the safety performance of trucks is of great significance.At present,most of the trucks used in China are non-intelligent trucks that do not have the function of automatic danger detection,which have certain transportation risks.Based on the above background,this research aims to retrofit existing trucks and develop an economical intelligent truck safety improvement system,focusing on the safety status of truck com‐partments and achieving green,economic and safe truck transportation.Tests show that the prototype of the final system can sense the abnormality of the carriage within 1 second,and can maintain a safe distance of more than 1.4 m in case of road collapse and ob‐stacles.
