摘　　要：云南是我国少数民族聚居区,其孕育的傣医、彝医、藏医、佤医、纳西东巴医、哈尼医和苗医构成了七大民族医学体系,这些医学体系在疾病预防、诊断和治疗中形成了独特的信息流转与认知模式。本文以DIKWP(数据-信息-知识-智慧-意图)网状交互模型为理论基础,对云南七大民族医学25种信息转化路径进行全面解析,构建了详细的转化表格和路径图。研究同时将七大民族医学在DIKWP框架下与中医、阿育吠陀、优尼尼及古希腊医学进行对比,探讨其知识体系、病因学、诊断方法和治疗手段的异同。结合现代医学及人工智能(AI)的最新进展,本文进一步提出了民族医学智能决策支持、远程医疗及穿戴设备在实际临床中的应用路径。研究结果不仅揭示了各民族医学信息流转中的关键差异和内在联系,而且为民族医学的标准化、智能化及国际化提供了理论支持和实践参考。Yunnan,as a multi-ethnic region in China,has nurtured seven ethnic medical systems including Dai,Yi,Tibetan,Wa,Naxi Dongba,Hani,and Miao medicine.These systems embody distinct information flow and cognitive models in disease prevention,diagnosis,and treatment.Based on the DIKWP(Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom-Purpose)network interaction model,this study comprehensively analyzes 25 transformation pathways among the ethnic medicines,presenting detailed transformation tables and flow diagrams.Furthermore,the paper compares the DIKWP-based characteristics of the seven ethnic medical systems with four major traditional medicines(TCM,Ayurveda,Unani,and Ancient Greek medicine)in terms of knowledge system,etiology,diagnostic methods,and therapeutic approaches.In combination with modern medicine and artificial intelligence(AI)advancements,innovative pathways for intelligent clinical decision support,telemedicine,and wearable device applications in ethnic medicine are proposed.The results provide not only insights into the internal differences and commonalities of ethnic medical information flows but also theoretical and practical references for standardization,digital transformation,and internationalization of ethnic medicine.
