摘　　要：HSE管理体系指的是健康(health)、安全(safety)和环境(environment)三位一体的管理体系,其本质是控制风险,预防事故,保护环境。因此,HSE对于企业管理而言至关重要。压力容器是化工行业的主要过程装备之一,其制造过程涉及机械加工、焊接、压力试验、射线检测等高风险过程,因此压力容器制造过程中的HSE管理至关重要。文章针对压力容器制造企业焊接车间的HSE问题开展深入分析,提出焊接车间HSE的关注重点和相关投入,为焊接过程健康、安全、环境管理提供支持和参考。The HSE management system refers to a three in one management system that integrates health,safety,and environment.Its essence is to control risks,prevent accidents,and protect the environment.Therefore,HSE is crucial for enterprise management.Pressure vessels are one of the main process equipment in the chemical industry,and their manufacturing process involves highrisk processes such as mechanical processing,welding,pressure testing,and radiographic testing.Therefore,HSE management in the manufacturing process of pressure vessels is crucial.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the HSE issues in the welding workshop of pressure vessel manufacturing enterprises,proposes the key focus and related investment of HSE in the welding workshop,and provides support and reference for the health,safety,and environmental management of the welding process.
