摘　　要：文章介绍了石油自控仪表施工质量控制的现状,分析了目前存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。如加强施工现场管理、统一技术标准、提高施工人员素质、完善质量检测手段和强化质量管理体系等方面。这些措施能够全面提高施工质量的管理和控制,保证施工过程中的技术指标和质量要求能够得到严格遵守和执行,以帮助管理人员更好地管理和监控施工过程中的质量问题。This paper introduces the present situation of construction quality control of oil automatic control instrument,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Such as strengthening construction site management,unifying technical standards,improving the quality of construction personnel,improving quality detection means and strengthening quality management system.These measures can comprehensively improve the management and control of construction quality,ensure that the technical indicators and quality requirements in the construction process can be strictly observed and implemented,so as to help managers better manage and monitor the quality problems in the construction process.
