复合肥料中氯离子含量测定的研究

摘  要:通过试验确定,可采用复合肥料中测定氧化钾的试样前处理液,直接进行复合肥料中氯离子含量的测定。检测结果显示,该方法与国标法规定的氯离子含量测定方法所得结果无显著性差异。因此,对于同一复合肥料样品,可将测定氧化钾的前处理液直接用于测定其氯离子含量,从而达到节约试剂等试验成本、缩短检验时间、提高检验效率的目的。对同一样品吸取不同体积滤液测定氯离子含量的结果进行方差分析,发现吸取不同滤液体积时,测定结果之间无显著性差异。所以在检测过程中,可吸取试验得出的最少滤液体积进行实验,以降低检验成本。Through the test,it is confirmed that the sample pretreatment solution for the determination of potassium oxide in the composite fertilizer can be used to directly determine the chloride ion content in the composite fertilizer.The results show that there is no significant difference between the method and the national standard method for determination of chloride ion content.Therefore,for the same composite fertilizer sample,the pretreatment solution for the determination of potassium oxide can be directly used to determine its chloride ion content,so as to save the test cost such as reagents,shorten the test time and improve the test efficiency.The results of different filtrate volumes of the same sample were determined by variance analysis,and it was found that there was no significant difference between the results when different filtrate volumes were absorbed.Therefore,in the detection process,the minimum filtrate volume obtained from the test can be absorbed for the experiment to reduce the inspection cost.
