摘 要:煤质检测是煤炭利用过程中的重要环节,样品制备尤其是研磨过程对检测结果有着显著影响。文章以三种典型煤种(烟煤、无烟煤和褐煤)为研究对象,系统分析了研磨时间对其热值、硫分、挥发分等关键煤质参数检测结果的影响规律,并从煤样颗粒度分布特性变化的角度,揭示了研磨时间影响煤质检测结果的内在机理。进而以某电厂入炉煤煤质检测为例,探讨了研磨时间的工程优化方法,实现了煤质检测结果准确性和效率的协同提升。研究结果可为合理确定煤质检测的最佳研磨时间提供理论依据和实践指南,具有较好的工程应用价值。Coal quality testing is an important step in the process of coal utilization,and sample preparation,especially grinding process,has a significant impact on the test results.Taking three typical coal types(bituminous coal,anthracite coal and lignite) as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes the rule of the influence of grinding time on the detection results of key coal quality parameters such as calorific value,sulfur content and volatile content,and reveals the internal mechanism of the influence of grinding time on the detection results from the perspective of the change of particle size distribution characteristics of coal samples.Then,taking the coal quality test of a power plant as an example,the engineering optimization method of grinding time is discussed,and the accuracy and efficiency of coal quality test results are improved.The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical guide for determining the optimum grinding time of coal quality testing,and have good engineering application value.
