摘　　要：化工企业在生产、经营、储存环节中,不可避免地会进行检维修作业,其中涵盖动火作业、受限空间作业等特殊作业。在作业过程中,装置、管道、储罐等容器内的物料通常具有易燃易爆、有毒有害的特性,稍有疏忽就可能引发事故。因开展特殊作业而引发的事故占比较大,给企业员工的生命及财产造成了极大损失。对于现场特殊作业的安全性而言,监护人的履职能力至关重要。其安全素养、安全责任意识以及应急处置能力,是整个作业系统安全的关键环节之一。Chemical enterprises in the production,management,storage links,will inevitably carry out inspection and maintenance operations,including hot work,restricted space operations and other special operations.In the process of operation,the materials in the device,pipeline,storage tank and other containers are usually flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful,and a little negligence may cause accidents.Accidents caused by special operations account for a large proportion,causing great losses to the lives and property of employees.For the safety of special operations on site,the guardian's ability to perform their duties is crucial.Its safety literacy,safety responsibility awareness and emergency response ability are one of the key links of the entire operating system safety,which often determines whether the operation can be carried out safely.
